"Bike Sex" Man Placed On Probation.

In another example of our steadily eroding human rights, a man was placed on probation for a "crime" committed in private, harming no-one. Read for yourself.

Now this man, drunk and in his own room, proceeded to simulate sex with a bicycle. Somewhat odd, but not a crime. Then, several cleaners opened his locked door, and saw him. They inexplicably panicked and told the manager, who then, in an unbelievable display of idiocy, proceeded to call the police, when the entire matter could have been resolved by simply discussing the matter with the man himself. He was then arrested and charged with a "breach of the peace". How it breached the peace is anyone's guess, but he was also placed on the sex offenders register. That combined with a criminal record will ensure he will have great difficulty finding employment.

All that for a drunken sexual escapade that wouldn't have affected anyone but for some over-enthusiastic cleaners and an over-zealous manager? It seems that even our sexual preferences are policed today.
